The work that was performed was done very good. The technician did a fantastic job. The low rating is based entirely on the service department’s failure to communicate with me. I dropped my car off on a Thursday night for my service appointment the next morning. I was asked when I needed it back and told them before Monday morning, I was told that’s not a problem. I didn’t receive any communication Friday. Saturday around 1 I called and left a message asking for an update and never received one. Monday afternoon I finally received a call telling me my car was ready to be picked up. This wasn’t the first time I’ve not had a call returned by Serra Volkswagens service department so when they didn’t respond Saturday I made other arrangements to get to work on Monday. More

To clarify my issue is not with the service center but the used sales department. They sold me a used car without fixing a noticeable oil leak and when it was brought to their attention they refused to fi the used sales department.
