When I arrived the staff was confused and rude. The appointment scheduler put the wrong info in after speaking with me twice within 2 weeks prior to the appointment. Again, my appointment was sche The appointment scheduler put the wrong info in after speaking with me twice within 2 weeks prior to the appointment. Again, my appointment was scheduled two weeks in advance, When I arrived I was told they didn’t have my part and I don’t live close! Finally after having to get upset with them, I was told they did have my part which was simply a replacement bulb for my headlight. Then the tech came in and told me it was already working like I didn’t know what I was talking about! Turns out he was looking at the wrong side. They were still determined to make me feel stupid like it was working, but I am a 55 yr old grown woman who knows the difference between a light working and a light being out! I don’t just give money away for nothing! If it was working, why was I charged? They had the worst attitude! Customers were complaining about being there for over two hours just for an oil change! And they weren’t super busy!!! The music coming from the bay was extremely loud. When I commented on it the guy at the desk said as long as they’re getting the work done. How the customers felt was of no concern. More
