Worst service department we’ve ever dealt with! They lied about the issues with our car, did not fix the issues! I have never had what I can call an exceptional experience before, but this was absolutely exceptional. They go out of their way to look out for you. I’m not used to that at all. They were wonderfu experience before, but this was absolutely exceptional. They go out of their way to look out for you. I’m not used to that at all. They were wonderful. I actually live in Hoover, but went to the Nissan Serra, Nissan and Centerpoint Because of the outstanding treatment and wonderful service.
