I'm perplexed because if based the review of one person (Sarah) I'd have to at least give 4 stars and a recommendation however it's based on the entire experience particularly the delivery which was were t (Sarah) I'd have to at least give 4 stars and a recommendation however it's based on the entire experience particularly the delivery which was were the recommendation was lost a star dropped. My car was towed in on a warranty engine replacement. Sarah was wonderful. She assisted me with Kia Corporate in getting the engine covered under the Class Action Lawsuit warranty with the understanding it was going to take a while. Like a couple months. No big deal I'm going to replace the car anyway I just want it working again. Which she makes it happen. Fast forward 2 - 3 months to delivery. Sarah calls lets me know the car is ready but needs a battery. Dealers prices are high for everything but they did just put an engine at no cost so I went ahead and bought a new battery and paid a discounted price of $336 and some change. No biggie whatever it's a stupid price for a battery but its the dealer not enough to change my view of them because it's what I expect. High prices for dealer parts. So I tell Sarah put the Battery in and I'll try to make it up there the next day. The next day I arrange for a ride to Serra Trussville Kia to pick up the vehicle that I was told was ready only to get there and be told that it wasn't ready. It needed a belt and they had to order it. Mind you my ride has left. Still not enough to change my recommendation maybe lose a star but they would still get my recommendation. I mean hey they are paying to replace a belt that is a wear and tear item and not necessarily covered. What lost the recommendation was the way the gentleman working with handled it. Several times he said it needed a battery even after I had pointed out that I had already paid for the battery and the receipt was behind the counter. When he told me about the belt he gave me no clue about when it would be there. Like none. Just said that they ordered the belt. I had to pry it out of him to get that it was coming local and would be there sometime that day. Up until that point I was contemplating getting an Uber and rearranging a ride back up there. I decided to take a chance that since it was local it would be there relatively soon at it was. I think I waited an hour and a half but it was this guys cluelessness of presenting problems without solutions that just did it for me. It's a shame too because Sarah did such a great Job! More

When our car was in for service, our glove compartment was opened, all registration etc paperwork and phone cable stolen.
