Super hassle: original issue was bad rear suspension and I took it in to Serra in January 2023…they kept it for a few weeks and then said they ordered the wrong parts and kept it a few more weeks and gave i I took it in to Serra in January 2023…they kept it for a few weeks and then said they ordered the wrong parts and kept it a few more weeks and gave it back to me. Whatever they did didn’t fix it so I took it back in on March 8th 2023 they kept my car for about a month, I kept checking in and they said they were waiting on parts. I finally got fed up and called KIA service to complain about parts taking so long and customer service told me Serra never responded to the open ticket so it was closed. Bottom line no parts on order and nothing in progress. I then called Serra to complain and they told me to “bring my telluride” in and they would take care of it…keep in my my telluride had been their since the 8th…they had forgotten they even had it. After some back and forth they opened up another ticket and then the same thing almost happened again; after a week I called Serra to check in and they said “waiting on parts” and I immediately called KIA and they said “Serra hasn’t responded to our questions so we are about to close the “ticket”. I immediately drove to Serra and had words and then the ball actually got rolling. I ended up calling every day to check in on the status and the suspension got replaced. As they say “the squeaky wheel gets the grease”. To add insult to injury: when I got in the car to take it home the Electronics’s in the seat were broke and the seat would not tilt (recline or decline). So now my car has been at serra pretty much since January 4th: 1st time: January 4th - 20th 2nd time: March 8th - April 7th 3rd time April 13th - now…no rental nothing just a hassle. More

Poor communication and misleading information. Had my car towed there for repair in February 17th of 2023, on a date that was scheduled by Serra Trussville Kia. A week later I was told my car was in queue to be seen but there were cars ahead of mine. When in fact, Serra Trussville Kia had not even opened a repair ticket on my vehicle. A repair ticket was not opened until March 13th of 2023, almost a month later. I was very disappointed to learn that I was lied to and that I was put out of my vehicle for an unnecessary amount of time due to lack of attention and care. The only reason a ticket was finally opened was because of a concerned family member showing up to the location asking questions. Two stars is for the fact that Brooks apologized and improved on communication afterwards. I finally got my car on March 27th 2023. More
