Kia hasn't trained the service techs for efficient service of the EV6. After a week in the shop (scheduled ahead of time) I was informed it needed a software update to correct a charging error I was service of the EV6. Why does it take a week to find out a software update is needed? Once it was installed it took another 3 days to figure out how to make the service dept. charger work. When I received the car back it was dirty, covered with dust and had been rained on to make it look even worse. I really expected better after investing close to $60,000 in this car. More
