Not only did it take them a long time for the maintenance on my car- they gave me an estimate for spark plugs the last time I was there. Miraculously 6 months later- the price was almost double, and the rep on my car- they gave me an estimate for spark plugs the last time I was there. Miraculously 6 months later- the price was almost double, and the rep was annoyed and dismissive. Additionally, they have given me 3 different sizes on what my break pads were at. When I changed them (not at Serra)- they were no wear near as worn as they alleged. The service was inadequate and I will not be returning. More

The young lady in the dealership service center was nice but I felt they didn’t value my time for real. I came in at 12:30 for an oil change, I had an eta finish time of 2:30 and at about 2:50 i haven’t got but I felt they didn’t value my time for real. I came in at 12:30 for an oil change, I had an eta finish time of 2:30 and at about 2:50 i haven’t gotten an update, I went to check myself and the paperwork was complete and so was my car, parked window down and ready to go. I just would have liken an update because I had to pick someone up at 3. They were sweet but update your customers and when their is done tell them so we can leave!! More
