The gentleman that I spoke to was very nice. I came into the dealership with assistance to correct a known recall on my vehicle and of course the company is also aware. the recall was because th I came into the dealership with assistance to correct a known recall on my vehicle and of course the company is also aware. the recall was because the catalytic converter is bad and my vehicle is a 2016 Kia Soul. My service maintenance is up to date on my vehicle, but that does not matter if recalls are being ignored. My vehicle burns oil like crazy and I constantly have to pay to top off oil for my car. I was told that I had to pay $5000 to get this recall done. My vehicle is barely driveable and able to only drive 30 MPH. My insurance will be going up due to the recalls on this vehicle. I am so disappointed with Kia Co with the way their loyal customers are treated. More
