Best Kia dealer in Birmingham! This is how its done folks. Serra Trussville Kia repaired an issue on my wife's Sportage SX that was caused by an improper repair at another Kia dealer. They had it diagnosed and Serra Trussville Kia repaired an issue on my wife's Sportage SX that was caused by an improper repair at another Kia dealer. They had it diagnosed and repaired in about 30 minutes. The service department employees and repair technicians were very skilled, professional and courteous. They worked as a team to make sure I understood what the problem was, how the problem happened and what they were going to do to correct it. I also got a few quotes on a new set of tires for the Sportage while there, and found that their prices matched or beat many online retailers. All in all, I am highly satisfied with my experience. Trussville Kia turned a frustrating situation into a pleasant ordeal and helped me to regain trust in dealership service. I will not be taking my vehicles anywhere but Trussville Kia for service.
