Hi Monica, Serra Kia Trussville does inspect all used vehicles before they are ready for sale. Sometimes an issue may not pop up until the car is sold. The vehicle that you purchased was run through the shop on 4/17/24 before your purchased the vehicle on 5/24/24. We are eager to do the right thing by our customers and it looks as if we completed a repair on 6/3/24 after you purchased the vehicle. By Alabama Law, a dealer MUST display on all used vehicles for sale an "As Is" sticker, meaning that unless your vehicle comes with a manufacturer warranty or you purchase a warranty at the dealership, the vehicle is sold As Is, no matter what type of inspection it has gone through before putting it up for sale. This is as much to protect the customer as it is to protect the dealership and is required by law. We value you as a customer and we thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you.
