Courteous and timely. I was greated with a smile by Frankie. He asked why I was there, but because it was freezing outside he hurriedly got me inside to complete the proces I was greated with a smile by Frankie. He said it would take about 2 hours to fix the recall, but he would put one of his best people on it. In less than an hour I was walking out the door. I consider that customer first service! Plus, every employee that walked through the waiting area were very courteous and eager to assist me with anything I needed. More

Worst car buying experience that I’ve ever had! We went to this dealership because we had a pre approval through Capitol One. We did all of the work prior to going to the dealership. All we had to do was pick out a vehicle in our price range. The salesman and manager were the rudest I’ve ever had to deal with. Even though we were prepared, they kept us waiting all day. My wife was just in an accident and we had our 6 month old son with us. They didn’t try and speed up our paperwork at all. By the time they had our new car ready it was dark. So I didn’t get to inspect it. The next day we went out for lunch. I noticed some scratches on the lower door. So I called. And sent them pictures. They refused to fix it. So I called Kia customer service. They got involved. They arranged for the dealership to look at it. I took it. They said yes it needs to be fixed. Two days later they call and say the General Manager says he’ll have to look at it himself. I live over an hour away. With all the hassle and driving, I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. And with involving Kia, and them not holding them to a standard to uphold customer service, I wouldn’t recommend them either. More
