Excellent staff, excellent service, excellent price! Kenny Key is a fantastic sales rep! I told him exactly what I was looking for and my payment range. He knew exactly what to show within my budget! He Kenny Key is a fantastic sales rep! I told him exactly what I was looking for and my payment range. He knew exactly what to show within my budget! He didn't try to oversell me on things that weren't important, but was happy to entertain me on the price and extra feature differences between the used vehicle I was looking at and a new one. He knew his stuff! Very knowledgeable, patient, and kind individual. He even stayed after hours to finish up the sale with me, wash my new ride, and fill it up with gas! I will be going back to see him and the rest of the staff at Serra Toyota of Decatur for my next purchase. Vic the "finance man" was very wonderful as well! He also stayed after hours to complete the sale. The bottom line here: excellent service, excellent staff, and excellent prices! More

Friendly, helpful, professional, and amazing! I went to Serra Toyota of Decatur to purchase my first car and after the service I got there I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else! I mainly dealt with Vic, who was phenomenal, but all of the employees I came into contact with were so nice and helpful. I never once felt pushed or pressured. I couldn't have possibly asked for a more pleasant buying experience. Vic helped me to get my dream car and I couldn't say enough good things about him or Serra Toyota! Cathy Megli has always done a great job in listening to what I want and getting me the best deal possible. She is very patient when I ask her to work deals on two cars knowing that I will only be buying one. Other dealers in the area won't put the effort into that type of service. I will keep going back to Serra Toyota as long as their customer service stays as great as it is today. More

UnTrust Worththy MIchael McCloud and Mike Miller do not stand behind the quote they give people. I even had a check made out from the bank for the quote I was given on MIchael McCloud and Mike Miller do not stand behind the quote they give people. I even had a check made out from the bank for the quote I was given on a Saturday and on Thursday it went up and they would not honor the quote. I was talk to very badly but so were they. Would never recommend them to my worst enemy. They can't be trusted!!!! More

Not happy I put a deposit down on a truck and waited a month and a half and then they tell me they cant even get the truck because it was sold. The entire time of my wait not once did they contact me but I would call asking about everything. No straight answer ever and then (I'll call you back and let you know) they said but never! would!
