On 9-1-2011 car was in for oil leak service mgr and mech sail I needed to replace power steering pump. They did, still had the same leak with a cost of $433.91. I chose to start my seach online. I was contacted by Travis and worked with him to begin with. I was ok with the process, until all of a sudden I was passed off to someone else. However, I wished I had just gone there and worked with her to begin with. I dont understand the pass off. I love my Highlander, but its not Crimson...the color it says it is. Its a burgandy-purple color. I got 350 miles on my new Highlander to get a red one, and its not even red. If I had to do it again, I would have demanded to see the color before I agreed to it. I would have just gone inside instead of starting online. I would have bargained for a better deal. I feel like I paid too much, considering MSRP. All that being said, the Highlander is a great SUV and I am happy with the inside. More
