Sadly, my wife fell in love with a car on their lot. The sales manager threw out a price on it. We went home and thought about it. My wife called the very nice salesperson and was given a price 'out the doo sales manager threw out a price on it. We went home and thought about it. When we got there, a different sales manager was completely resolute. There would be no negotiation. We left. My wife decided she really wanted the car and would pay the higher price. So, we returned and I talked to the sales manager and asked if he would at least put gas in the car. He agreed. Later, while waiting on them to get paperwork together, I asked about the gas. They said the person with access to the gas had left for the day. I asked if they could wash the car...left for the day. I had given them my debit card to run the down payment...the person who could do that left for the day. I would have walked out and stayed gone. My wife was determined to have the car. The sales manager didn't keep his bargain. He told us to come back for the gas...knowing we lived 45 minutes away. Never again. More

Ms. Fago is nothing short of being a consumate counselor and sales represent and has been absolutely the best experience I could have ever expected. Ms. Fago is nothing short of being a consumate counselor and sales representative. My impression was that her first concern was ensuring that the customer's desires were clearly understood. She took time to highlight the differences between the various models and what would best fit my personal needs and budget. It's just too bad I'm retired. I'd hire her to work for me in a heartbeat. Congrats to Joe in getting this calibre of an employee. I also want to thank Tommy and Kevin in the finance department. My experience in shopping for , negotating a price and eventually buying a new Toyota Tocama from this dealership was very positive.
