I started the process on line and received an e-mail from Mr. Guffey. We spoke on the phone and I explained to him what I was looking for and when I could visit the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership Mr. Guffey met me and was very friendly. We spoke again about what I was looking for. He told me that he had just gotten the perfect used car in that he thought would fit what I had requested. After seeing the car I knew it was just what I wanted. After test driving it, I told him that I wanted the car. I was pleased with the price and mileage of car. Even the financial process turned out great. It is just a wonderful place to buy a car. They (Mr. Bongiovanni and the financial department) worked with us to make the deal one that would work for us with our constraints. Mr. Nino Bongiovanni was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and reasonable. He even is continuing to answer questions and to help us find an item we need for the car. My husband had just gotten out of the Air Force and we had just moved across the country to "home". He was very considerate of a passing of a dear military friend in the middle of purchasing and helped rush the process to get us our car sooner so we could attend the funeral. He helped us on his own personal time and answered questions for us when he was already off the clock.
