great experience I had Cathy she was very helpful. She was was very bent consistent on getting me in to look at the car she had for me.... Cathy know what she is doing I had Cathy she was very helpful. She was was very bent consistent on getting me in to look at the car she had for me.... Cathy know what she is doing. She is a great saleswoman. I had issues on getting a way to get there since I live in florence. So she worked with me on times and when I didn't finally got there she had the car waiting on me in the front ready for a test drive. Everyone there that I talked to was very nice and helpful. They don't force anything on you that you dont need or want... If I need another car I would definitely go there even though it's an hour from where I stay. Thanks to all that helped me Shantel More

I've purchased new trucks and new harley davidson's in the past. But the way treated at serra toyota was beyond good. It was great! I was treated with respect and made to feel at home. I personally think they need to work on this, bad business in my opinion. I have edited this review due to the fact that they have had about as good a price on their cars as I have found at other dealerships. More

Top Notch Customer Service My wife and I stopped in to look at a new 4 Runner, although they didn't have one in stock we looked at pictures and decided to order one. Josh Cyr worked with me to get my loan approved. There were no sales pressure to just sell me a car. Josh was very nice and friendly In less than three hours from the time I picked out the car I wanted I was on my way home in my replacement car. The finance manager was also great to work with me.
