Used car purchas Nick Martin is the only experience I enjoyed thru the process. He is a great salesman, if the dealership was filled with more people like him! On Nick Martin is the only experience I enjoyed thru the process. He is a great salesman, if the dealership was filled with more people like him! On the negative side: When I went to the court house to get my tag there was paperwork missing. The court house called the accounting office for the needed paperwork. A copy of the back of the title was missing and the court house also needed a noterized letter that stated the the vehicle I purchased was in inventory for the year before I purchased it. The accounting office told the court house that they were unable to do this and I would have to pay a year in taxes because the dealership had not paid them! This cost me my time and 84.00 extra just to get my tag! I have worked in the car business for 25 years and I know this is NOT proper procedure!!! I am expecting a refund frim the dealership and would hope this is done in a quick proper time frame!!! More

We had a great car salesman Mike Miller, he did above and beyond to get us a great dependable car. Also Matt Dubose was very helpful and came over to see what they needed to do to make us happy. Vic the financial guy was very helpful we probably was in his office over an hour with him explaining detail for detail about our new vehicle also explaining how Toyota will stand behind their cars!! We traded my 2010 GMC Acadia in for the highlander. The highlander has tons of room, cool features that we really love. We highly recommend this suv to any family.
