I dont normally leave reviews but felt this is necessary. Traded my car in on a used vehicle. Purchased the heated seats to be placed (they use off site to do this, no paperwork was provided nor warranty) t Traded my car in on a used vehicle. Purchased the heated seats to be placed (they use off site to do this, no paperwork was provided nor warranty) they are so hot not usable. The windshield needed replaced, it's been 3 months and again it's done off site a shade tree mechanic type place. I've contacted dealership multiple times with concerns nothing in return. The salesman has done all he can. This dealership is not customer friendly. More

So the salesperson, Sheronda, was awesome! She was on the ball for me when another salesperson dropped the ball. I enjoyed meeting her in person finally and taking a Tacoma for a spin. Loved the truck, but unfortunately some dealerships try to lowball on your trade in while they sell used vehicles above the original MSRP. Every dealership offered me something different, but this was several thousand lower. I left without a truck, but I feel like Sheronda is my friend now. I give this dealership three stars, I give Sheronda 5+ stars!!! More
