I purchased a 4Runner from this dealership on 11/7/25. I drove 6 hours from Florida to purchase. I was disappointed when I went to finish the purchase to be informed that I was being charge a city tax tha I drove 6 hours from Florida to purchase. I was disappointed when I went to finish the purchase to be informed that I was being charge a city tax that was never disclosed to me. I specifically asked about and outside charges I needed to know about. Well, now it is 11/26/25 and I have yet to have the financial/tax/tag package delivered to my local tag office to get my permanent tag. They sent a new temporary one only after I contacted them. The only reason I am not giving them a one is that the salesman was very nice and easy to work with, Abdul, and the finance member, Joel. The administration that processes the paperwork after the sale is horrible. Sorry, but I can not recommend them. I have a lot of family in the Birmingham area and have shared my experience with Serra Toyota. More
