Once she had that information, was able to provide a couple options, but one recommendation based on those needs/wants. I originally was looking to buy in the next month or two, but becaise everything went so smoothly, I leased my new car 4 days later. Was never pressured into anything, instead, Christine took extra time with me an hour before I was scheduled to sign the paperwork so I could test drive a couple other cars, just so any last minute second guessing reservations I did have were no longer a concern before I bought the 1 car she recommended at the beginning. My wife went in, talked to Brian and got a better deal than anyone else had offered without any hard negotiations on price or features. Brian made everything very easy. Their online credit application saved us time when we were signing papers and they offered us a reasonable amount for our trade-in. Setting up the car with her phone and demo-ing the features was also handled very well by a young woman, Briana, I believe was her name. Thanks for the great experience, we will be back. More
