I found Serra Ford when searching for a used Jeep Wrangler. I was searching nationwide for a specific set of features. I live local to Serra Ford, so I set up an appointment to test drive and discuss Wrangler. I was searching nationwide for a specific set of features. I live local to Serra Ford, so I set up an appointment to test drive and discuss a deal with Scott Shawbitz. I was deciding between 3 different vehicle across 3 different states. Serra Ford was straight forward with their pricing and didn't tack on junk fees and services like the other two dealerships. Very low pressure from sales to finance. Additional warranties and services were offered, but I want pressed when I declined. The entire process took less than 2 hours, including an extended test drive. I'm very loyal to good dealerships and salesmen. I will certainly be buying my next new Ford vehicle from Scott and Serra Ford again. More

I had a great experience working with Scott Shawbitz at Serra Ford in Farmington. He made the lease end process on my 2022 Ford Escape seamless.
