After having a lousy experience at Golling Chrysler, I went to see Cathy at palace chrysler . I should have gone to her in the first place. While my salesman at Milosch's Palace seemed fairly pleasant at first, I was not pleased with the overall outcome of my final visit. When I first went in to this dealership, I had already spent all day pleasant at first, I was not pleased with the overall outcome of my final visit. When I first went in to this dealership, I had already spent all day at another dealership and knew what I wanted, just wanted to see if I could get a better price/more money back for my car that I was trading in. I explained this to John, and after spending many more hours with him, we finally agreed on a price for the Jeep that I was planning on leasing, as well as a price that he could pay me for my car that I was trading in (which he assured me wouldn't change). He added an additional 3 months onto my lease, which was NOT agreed upon, but due to the length of time we had already been there, I agreed to it and left. When I came in the next day to pick up my new Jeep, he had me sit with one of the VP's of the dealership, where this man asked me to sign more paperwork, and I noticed that the monthly price that I was to pay for my lease had increased by over $20 a month. When I asked the man why this happened, he told me that I had a good credit score, but apparently not enough credit. After arguing with this man for a few minutes, I finally signed the paperwork, got my car, and left. Whether this reason was legit or not, it should have been John's JOB to explain to me that the agreed upon price could, and most likely would, change, especially by approximately 25 dollars more each month! Even though the extra money isn't a huge problem to me, the way that this dealership scammed me was. I am a Chrysler employee, and I have, and will, continue to tell EVEYBODY at work about my bad experience, along with to never go there to purchase or lease a vehicle. Maybe it will take the loss of these potential new customers to learn that some things need to change. Not only will I not be recommending this dealership to anyone I know, but unless something happens to change my mind, I will definitely not buy or lease another car from here once my lease is over either. More

John Silisavage (Milosch's Palace sales agent) had quoted us a Price on a New 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan SE $20738.66 OTD on Sat Oct 13, 2012 and a monthly payment of $335 with a 3.99% interest rate but after us a Price on a New 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan SE $20738.66 OTD on Sat Oct 13, 2012 and a monthly payment of $335 with a 3.99% interest rate but after we (my wife Joyce & I) talked with the Business Mgr our price changed to $25780.66 OTD on Monday Oct 15, 2012 with a Chrysler Service contract for $4995.00 and with $3000 down our monthly payment would be $376.80 for 84 months which includes @ 5.94% interest rate. We did take possession of the New 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan 2C4RDGBG7DR516544 but we just wish we would have known the true OTD price and with a better interest rate because my credit score is excellent @ 698! I purchased a 2012 Touring Chrysler 200 in February 2012. Mike Gizzi was an excellent sales person with a good product knowledge. Made purchasing the vehicle quite pleasant. He explained to me the different standard features and pointed out how another dealer I had visited was charging me a lot more for the same car. Leaving the dealer I was pleased until I took the car in for service. The service department really sucks. Trying to keep it G rated that's the best word I can think of. The vehicle had a severe wind noise emanating from the passenger rear window and a suspicious noise in the front suspention. Upon taking it in I told them keep the car as long as they needed, I don't need a loaner as I have another car I can use. Just fix it if there's a problem. Next day they told me they couldn't find the problem. I called the service department and wanted to schedule an appointment to have a tech ride with me so I could see if there was an actual problem. Guess what? No reply to that call or with followup emails. I took the car to a suspention shop and they found the front sway bar just needed to be tightened up which they did for a nominal fee...no big deal and the noise was gone..LOL....The wind noise was repaired by me finding a loose rubber molding...again, no big deal but a week later it returned. Guess I'll have to live with it. Found out later Chrysler had a service bulletin regarding this wind noise problem... I also had other rattles in the interior I fixed myself rather than take it back. Hope to hell I don't have a serious problem but if I do I will take it to Golling or Friendly in Lapeer! In closing the jury is still out if I purchase another Chrysler product but if I do it won't be from Palace..Keep this in mind if you're looking for a Chrysler product. More
