I had my Ram truck serviced for an oil change and tire rotation today. I was promptly greeted by Rob Laird. The express lane was farily busy when I arrived, but surprisingly my wait time for the work to rotation today. I was promptly greeted by Rob Laird. The express lane was farily busy when I arrived, but surprisingly my wait time for the work to be done was a lot less than the original estimate. Upon completion, Bob Lovett went over the work that was done, including the multipoint inspection. Both Rob L. and Bob L. in the service department were very courteous and helpful. My truck was washed which was an added touch to the experience I had at Milosch's Palace today. The waiting area is very nice, including a small cafe to purchase food and drinks. Complimentary popcorn (freshly made) and coffee also are available. Many thanks to the service team!! More

Screwed me on a Dodge Durango that I don’t even think was checked before being given it a certification ?? New rear breaks and new batteries at the cost of $1,200.00 after 1200 miles ??
