I purchased a Chrysler Towne & Country from this dealership and they serviced it for 12 years without any disputes. I now lease a Pacifica and just had my first oil change. Took 2 hours to perform an oil change and tell me I'd have to go to their body shop for rear washer repair. They didn't even reset the oil Change reminder! Appears they are SLOW and incompetent! Then, after getting home, they text my WIFE for a survey! Yet we reviewed all my contact info while checking in at the service desk! I am NOT happy! And I still need to return to get the rear washer fixed! So WHY make an appointment? More

My breaks were having an issue and I just drive it up there with no appointment. They took it in and called the next day with the issue and a technician stayed late to fix it as we were leaving for up no there with no appointment.
