Service guy was polite and they were speedy in the first service but when I wet to my car there was greasy and prints in my light leather seat and black greasy marks on my door panel also in the white stitc service but when I wet to my car there was greasy and prints in my light leather seat and black greasy marks on my door panel also in the white stitching. Immediately signal the service guy and he brought the tech over to wipe it with a dry rag. This just rubbed the grease into the stitching.. uuugh finally the detail guy was able to get it ALMOST all the way out. This was completely unacceptable considering my Cadillac is NEW and was pristine. The mechanic should have NEVER been in the car. More
