I had been looking at Buick Enclaves, GMC Acadias, and Chevy Traverses ( mainly the Enclaves ) on websites all across West Tennessee and Western Kentucky. I found two Eclaves that I liked on the Serra of Chevy Traverses ( mainly the Enclaves ) on websites all across West Tennessee and Western Kentucky. I found two Eclaves that I liked on the Serra of Jackson site and a couple at a dealership in Paducah, KY. I pushed the I’m interested button early Thursday morning and a little later I got a call from Laura, who told me the two Enclaves I was interested in were not on the lot , but in transit and expected arrival date of July 25th and that there were only two on the lot at that time. So I made an appointment to look at Enclaves in Paducah on Saturday morning. I received a text with pictures from Laura, early Friday morning, of Acadias, Traverses, and Enclaves ( including the two I was interested in). I called Laura Friday afternoon and she told me they were on the lot and I told her that as soon as my wife came home from work, we would be coming to Jackson. We live an hour away from Jackson. Just before leaving Martin, I received a call from Laura and she told me she wouldn’t be there when we arrived , but David White would meet us and show the Enclaves to us. David called soon after and I told him we would be there at about 5:30. When we arrived, David met us and showed us the two Enclaves we were wanting to look at, plus one other. My wife and I agreed on the moonstone gray (since it was going to be hers). David had told us that they had just came in Thursday afternoon. Since they had just came in and hadn’t been dealer prepped yet, we weren’t able to test drive it yet. We went ahead and started the process of trading for our Enclaves. When we left the dealership Friday evening, David told us it would probably be sometime after noon Saturday and that he would call us when they were through prepping it. David called us around 12:30 and said it would be ready by 2. We arrived around 2:30 and David met us and we drove it and were pleased with it. When we got back to the dealership, David introduced us to Jason and we finalized the trade. We are well pleased. Thanks Laura,David,Jason, and all the Serra team. By the way, this makes the third vehicle we’ve purchased from Serra of Jackson and we’ve been pleased with all three so far. More

DO NOT TRADE OR BUY! !!! BAD! Purchased 2025 GMC Yukon Elevation on 3/28. Three repair visits between 2/28 and 4/17 for the same issue. Should be covered by TN Lemon Law. !!! BAD! Last visit the vehicle got damaged by a hailstorm- $3865.91. It should be covered by Dealer Open Lot (DOL) insurance. I did not sign anything relieving them of the responsibility to protect my vehicle while in their procession. THEY ARE NO HELP! More
My wife was led to believe that our service would be covered under warranty/recall check, but they charged me for it. When I tried to talk to the service manager about it, he began yelling at me and bec covered under warranty/recall check, but they charged me for it. When I tried to talk to the service manager about it, he began yelling at me and became aggressive. When the young man who handled my service tried to speak, the service manager snapped his fingers in his face and yelled “HUSH! YOU BE QUIET”, humiliating the young man in front of 3 other employees who had gathered around when the service manager become hostile with me. The service manager attempting to take my RO and deny me the oil consumption test required to check for the recall. The experience was tense, unpleasant, and unprofessional. If the service manager treats his employees like that out in the open in front of a customer, he should be fired. If he treats all customers like he treated me, he should be fired. He was an angry mess and should be relieved of his duties - and I don’t have faith that he will honestly assess my recall concerns at this point. More
