I was approached by Cesar right away when I showed up for my appointment. He helped get me get all checked in and I was good to go. I was using the Goodwill program. It’s supposed to include everything but I had to pay separately spark plugs 275 and even that my car was still not fixed the problem is still there. I connected my code reader and supposedly told me that there is a bad spark plug or two which very frustrate me. Because now I have to take my car in a different day and spend another day or two in the shop without my car if this is a very huge inconvenience for me, not being honest, I would like a full refund.
