I had an appointment at 11:30 AM for an oil change, yet I saw a walk-in customer who arrived at 1:00 PM get their car back before mine. When I asked the service advisor, Freddy, why it was taking so long, he saw a walk-in customer who arrived at 1:00 PM get their car back before mine. When I asked the service advisor, Freddy, why it was taking so long, he gave me a dismissive answer. I asked to speak to a manager, but he denied my request. He first claimed they forgot to turn in the paperwork, then later he said his guys lost it. We were there for almost 4 hours. To top it off, they didn't even bring my car to the front; I had to go to the very back of the lot to find it myself. Horrible service!" More
