My schedule appointment was at 10:30 and at arrival I saw a few cars ahead of me. Freddie who wad my service tech greeted me first with apologies for the inconvenience but it was a very busy Saturday. Excell a few cars ahead of me. Freddie who wad my service tech greeted me first with apologies for the inconvenience but it was a very busy Saturday. Excellent customer service! Freddie was knowledgeable with my car and answering my questions and made sure if there anything my car needed he would let me know. At the end Freddie did let me know what was needed and gave me a rough estimate and gave me the confidence that he was looking out for the maintenance of my vehicle. Excellent work Freddie! More
