Being accustomed to providing a high level of customer service at my job, I was expecting a quality performance when I took my Mercedes in for a power steering issue. Not only did Select Service find oth service at my job, I was expecting a quality performance when I took my Mercedes in for a power steering issue. Not only did Select Service find other critical issues that were not identified by a Mercedes dealership, Select was able to do more items of service at less of a price. All the employees that assisted me were top notch but Mike Kraman in Select Luxury Sales went above and beyond what anyone could hope for, even at a luxury car dealership. Mike, having never sold a car to me, took the time to introduce me to service, give me frequent updates, and insure from start to finish everything went without error. I will be back in 3-4 months to service for brakes, a B service, and a couple minor cosmetic fixes, and soon after to Mike Kraman in sales to pick out a "new to me" luxury car!
