Helpful and thorough I purchased a car online and wanted to have an independent firm check it out for me before I signed the papers. I called Select Luxury Cars on Monday I purchased a car online and wanted to have an independent firm check it out for me before I signed the papers. I called Select Luxury Cars on Monday afternoon. They picked up my Mercedes CLK on Tuesday morning and had done the complete analysis on the car by noon. They were thorough, friendly and extremely helpful and did a great deal to ease my mind regarding an online purchase of an expensive automobile. They found three small items that were needed attention. They notified the company where I purchased the car and then notified me. I, in turn, contacted the business where I purchased the car and they repaired the three things that Select Luxury Cars found that needed attention. I am very pleased with Select Luxury Cars and Michael was a pleasure to work with. More

While they told us that their BMW mechanic was certified and had been for several years, the quality of the service on my vehicle does not show his expertise as a BMW mechanic. The mechanic, Adam Paisley was who we were told worked on our car, left my car in shambles. The AC vent/headlight on/off knob is now hanging off the dash (it was not like this before my service). The center dash piece is not put back in place and is very loose. The car stereo (which is after market but Best Buy and United BMW managed to get in and lock it in place) is now banging around loose in the dash and appears to be ready to fall back into the engine. The DSC, Recirc and AC control buttons have been put back in the wrong slots in the center dash. The Recirc and AC control buttons were put in upside down as well and the AC control button no longer lights up. ALL of these items were in the correct place and WORKING properly before my car was serviced at Select. The gear shift indicator is now not functioning. You cannot tell if the car is in Drive, Neutral or ?? It was working properly BEFORE my service at Select. There are two cracks in a piece on my dash now after they removed the dash to fix my AC/Heat transfer case and such. Their mechanic says he did not do this but we have a video that shows all of the items above in the correct spots and I have owned my car from day 1 and know what needs to be fixed. Absolutely completing disheartening to have someone treat a car this poorly. We have tried for 5 months to get resolution and get these issues fixed by Select. The customer service person we have been dealing with, Alan Levy, has been absolutely terrible to work with. He started out by being very apologetic and then quickly switched to being nasty, accusatory and down right mean to my husband. He told us we could not bring the car back to the service company for any work. Nice! We pay them over $1,500 to fix out AC/Heat and after they cash the check and leave my car in shambles we are not allowed to bring it back to them to at least fix the problems THEY created. Alan sited the fact that we made an elaborate video as us trying to pull a fast one or a scam, my husband took a video that is date and time stamped with his cell phone just in case something like this happened because we usually go to the dealer. We asked them to fix the problems or reimburse us for us taking the car elsewhere and having the items fixed. We asked for a refund after Alan said we could never bring back the car to their service location. We asked for the the money we paid because that is what it is going to cost us to get everything fixed elsewhere. Of course Alan said no, absolutely the worst customer service person we have every worked with, EVER. It is interesting that each time we asked them to fix the items they damaged, they never addressed any of the gauges, control buttons or the headlight on/off switch issues. The only issue Alan would address is the crack in the dash. He told us they would give us $380 to get it fixed. That we could have someone reinstall the old windshield after we had the dash fixed. We called several glass and auto repair companies (Alan refused to do any research for us -not really surprising with how rude and unhelpful he was). We were told by every glass repair company that they will not put a windshield back in, they will only put in a new windshield with new seals. We had several estimates for repairs and sent Alan a detailed list of what we were told. His reply NO. They are not interested in fixing the problems that their service department created. He actually sent an email saying that our estimate include charges for things that his service people would not charge for, he did not read the email all the way through or pay attention to details. The part he was referring to clearly stated that it would be free to fix UNLESS the part was broken (the gear shift indicator). I also finally spoke with who I was told is the owner, Mr. Robbie Ashcar, over 5 weeks ago. I am still waiting on a response from Mr. Ashcar. He promised to get back with me but we have not heard one word from him. Are we SURPRISED? Not in the least. I did find it interesting that during my conversation with Mr. Ashcar he stated that he would not have let his mechanics work on my car due to the after market stereo. Did the after market stereo cause the control buttons to be put back in the wrong spaces, upside down and not functioning properly? No of course not, his mechanic did. Did the stereo cause the dash to crack, no his mechanic did. Did the stereo cause the AC vent/light switch to hang from the dash, no his mechanic did. Interesting that neither Mr. Ashcar or Alan Levy addressed these issues. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE COMPANY! You do so at your own risk. If they treat your car as poorly as they treated mine you may end up paying more to get the damage they cause fixed than your actual repairs. I will definitely be going back to United BMW or Global BMW for my repairs. They may be more expensive but at least they stand behind their employees work and fix any issues that their employees create.. More

It needed front brakes and I decided to shop for a better price at the same if not better service level provided by the dealer. I had seen Select's sign and noticed Audi along with the other premium brands they service. I made an online inquiry and Mike called me back within a couple of hours. He invited me to come down and check out their facility. The first thing I noticed during that visit was the quality of equipment and the knowledge about my car Mike and the techs that would be working on my car had. That plus the fact Mike assured me they would be using OEM parts and that the price would be about 25% less than the dealer charge. It ended up even better to a coupon that was available. The work was done right and the price was lower than expected. I will be back More

I just had my 2010 Porsche Panamera 4S in for the 60K maintenance and a few other repair items, and I am compelled to say that I feel exceedingly well taken care of! From the onset, Michael Kraman was responsive and knowledgeable about what the 60K service would entail, and additionally accommodated my request for work above and beyond the standard maintenance. Select's pricing for similar service at the Porsche dealership was very competitive as well. Select provided me with a loaner car while the repairs were underway. I was really impressed with the excellent judgment the Select Team exhibited in taking care of other needed repair items while in the process of already executing related work. For example, Select discovered a coolant leak due to a poorly design part that Porsche had since replaced with a much more robust part. The work required extensive labor to remove other engine parts to reach the affected area. The extended warranty I also purchased through Select when I bought the car covered the coolant leak repair costs, but the Select Team made the call to also replace my thermostat (not covered by the warranty) while they were already in there, since it was already 60K and I would be potentially faced with another $1000 labor bill just to take apart the same engine components later to get to the thermostat if I had a problem with it down the road--excellent call! Now I have that added peace of mind for an additional $100. I have my car back now and it's running like the proverbial "top." I took a peek at the repair shop area and it was as pristine and well stocked with sophisticated equipment as the Porsche dealership. I've come away from this experience supremely confident that the Select Team is more than capable of supplying my repair and maintenance needs in a manner that is cost effective, diligent, thoughtful, and thorough. I already consider myself a future repeat customer, and I *highly* recommend Select to anyone who is serious about taking care of their high-end automobile--for the near term or the long haul. More

I HIGHLY recommend Select Luxury Auto for all your service needs. I have been hesitant to use anyone other than United BMW for servicing my 2000 BMW Z3. I brought the Z3 to select, and they exceeded service needs. I have been hesitant to use anyone other than United BMW for servicing my 2000 BMW Z3. I brought the Z3 to select, and they exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with every aspect of their operation. I had some pretty challenging service needs for the Z3. Their mechanics showed competence and creativity with their diagnostics and fix solutions. Crissy Cartwright in customer service made the process easy and painless. Michael Kraman the Service Manager went above and beyond to get me the best price to fix my BMW, but did not compromise on service, and guaranteed OEM parts. It’s refreshing to feel like I have a service center to take care of my cars, and feel like they have my back. Give these guys a shot. They will likely crush the competition on service and pricing. -John Yeste Marietta GA More
My Mercedes would not start all of the sudden and the battery would not charge so I realized I needed to have it towed. I contacted Allstate Motor Club and when they finally arrived over 2 hours later ( battery would not charge so I realized I needed to have it towed. I contacted Allstate Motor Club and when they finally arrived over 2 hours later (was told 60 minutes) they refused to tow my car and said I need a lift/dolly tow truck, which they do not make anymore. I called Select Luxury, where I purchased the car and spoke with Michael and he sent a tow truck to me directly and it was there is about 30 minutes. This tow truck driver had it on the flatbed in less than 10 minutes. When we arrived at the service center I was put into a rental car and Michael called me the next day and told me what the problem was and that is was covered under warranty so I was only responsible for the $100 deductible on the warranty coverage. I also had a few other maintenance issues and needed new front tires and new battery, which they also took care of while they had my car. These guys are absolutely fantastic and they provide a great service at good prices and are super friendly. Moving forward, I plan to take all of my cars here whenever I need anything from just a simple oil change to regular service or anything major. More

Me and my husband decided that we would stop in and see if we could get an appointment to bring it back in. I stayed in the car and he went in, when he came back out he was very pleased with the service he had received. We brought the car back in and Michael Kraman assisted us, I would have to say that I have never received such courteous service in my life. He was so knowledgeable and he explained everything in such detailed that I really understood what he was saying. He made me feel good about leaving my car in his hands. He gave me a time when it would be ready and explain that sometimes it may take a little longer than he expects, and if that happens he would keep me informed. He called me and kept me updated on what was happening while they worked on it. I expected to pay the price he quoted me in the beginning but when my car was finished he had found me some discounts and I actually saved money..everyone was polite and courteous and I loved the atmosphere. I will be recommending them to everyone I know, please take their cars to Select Luxury Service and make sure they ask for Michael Kraman.. More
