I was a walk-in for an oil change. I knew it would take awhile because I didn't have an appointment and so I fully expected an hour wait or even 1 1/2 hours. 2 1/2 hours went by so I a I knew it would take awhile because I didn't have an appointment and so I fully expected an hour wait or even 1 1/2 hours. 2 1/2 hours went by so I approached the desk to ask where I was in the que and my keys were sitting on the desk under several other packets with keys. I could see my lanyard poking out. I asked the gentleman if my keys had been there the whole time and he very rudely said "I've been busy" I don't remember his name but he was on older gentleman sitting on end furthest from the waiting room on 9/14/23. I'm sure the mechanics did a great, quick job, but the customer service out of the gentleman at the desk was far from acceptable. More
