When you walk into the service department the staff greets you, not just one all of them I find that amazing. Service staff was very helpful. But, repairs weren't done on time as promised. Unable to make appointment for service for two weeks. Then dropped off truck 8 Aug for 8 AM apt. Called at 6 PM and was told that they hadn't looked at my truck yet and hopefully it would be done the next day. Received call at 12 noon, next day to say truck was ready. Question, why make appointment for service if they aren't going to honor repair time? More
