Too much back and forth. Finance department trying to upswell their services even though we were pre-approved by our bank. Items pertaining to vehicle purchased were mislead and try to confuse us during transaction. Too many people involved. Sales person was great. The people sitting in the office that value trade ins were absolutely horrible and the most unprofessional people I have ever seen in my life. Had I The people sitting in the office that value trade ins were absolutely horrible and the most unprofessional people I have ever seen in my life. Had I not spent an hour to drive there to purchase a car, mind you, purchase a car, so I am spending money there as a customer, this dealership would have never gotten my business. Those people deserve to get fired and if that was the type of attitude they had if they were working for any of the center directors I know for other dealerships, they would have been fired on the spot. I have no words for the worst service they provided. To top it off, for them to be operating a dealership with that type of music. What if I had my kids in there with me. Get a life. This isn’t a club. It’s a xxxx dealership where people spend money. Not have a party with alcohol. More
