Well, a year ago a rock hit my windshield and I called and they said they ordered the window never did get a call that the window was in I had to call them 6 months later and they said it was in so I made and they said they ordered the window never did get a call that the window was in I had to call them 6 months later and they said it was in so I made a appointment to have it fixed dropped my car off last week while I was at work, called back 8 hours later to be told that a contract worker comes in to do it and they didn't know when they would be in remind you I live out of town so if I would not of went back and got my car I would of been stuck More
I would not use the sequin chevy service center. Bought a $80 thousand dollar truck and they were going to charge me to switch out the 5th wheel hitch from my trade in. The new truck needed air in one of the tires so I asked them to fill all tires to manufacture recommended psi. I had to tell service guy where to find this information. He was unable to get one filled up. So he told me he couldn't air that one up. So I had to go to Discount tire where they put a new valve stem extender on free of charge. On the plus side the salesman Denzel Sholar was very good he even attempted to help me switch out the hitch. Finance people would get a poor rating. More

Overall the service department is rude and doesn’t seem to want to help you. We first brought our truck in and were told it would take 3-4 days to diagnose. After 5 days of not hearing anything I called to want to help you. We first brought our truck in and were told it would take 3-4 days to diagnose. After 5 days of not hearing anything I called for an update. I was on the phone being redirected to the service department 4 times. On the 4th time, I said I was still waiting for service and the front desk lady asked if I would like to leave a message. I did and didn’t hear back that day or the next. I called the following day and was again redirected to the service department 3 times before a guy answered. He told me they were about to look at our truck and asked if I could call back later that day to see what is wrong because “there’s only two of us working”. (I don’t think the customer should have to keep calling for updates, but that’s my opinion I guess.) I called later that day like asked and was redirected to the service department for 16 minutes. Finally some lady answered and seemed more concerned figuring out who my service advisor was than trying to help me figure out what was wrong with my truck. (Our service advisor was Monica when we dropped it off, when I called the first time they said she wasn’t working that day and assigned me to a guy that I couldn’t remember the name, it turned out to be Dennis). She asked if I would be able to leave a message and I said no since my previous message was never returned. Finally I was directed to Dennis who told me what was wrong with our truck, gave an estimate of the repairs, and seemed very concerned about whether we had an extended warranty or not. I asked to call back about what to do after talking to my husband. We decided to pick the truck up and take it somewhere else to get fixed since we were brushed off, never given responses, and it took 3 days longer than we were promised. We went to pick the truck up and again, the service department seemed more worried about who our advisor was than helping us. The gentleman that was at the desk helped us because a short guy said “Dennis is busy in the parts area” and then the short guy sat down at a desk and started scrolling on his cell phone. (No wonder you have to wait at least 15 minutes on hold to talk to someone). We told them we wanted to take our truck somewhere else and why and were never apologized to, in fact when trying to express our frustrations the guy wouldn’t look at us. The short guy was still playing on his phone and had a smirk on his face too. We were told our diagnostic fee was $200 and the guy was “shocked” that no one ever told us that. It would be nice to actually be told when dropping the vehicle off or one of the three calls I had to tell us how much the diagnostic fee was. $200 is way too much for horrible costumer service, rude workers, and technicians that can’t even close the hood to our vehicle. We’re glad to know never to bring a vehicle to this dealership and never waste our money here again. More
