Not at all happy with the last oil change. 15 minute job. Didn't grease anything. My truck sat from when I got there at noon until 12:50 when I went and ask why it was just sitting there. Another lady behind me had the same question about her truck. After I asked the truck was pulled in. I could see it come down from the lift and it was pulled out at 1:07. What really got done besides just the oil change? My husband was not happy when he started checking things over. I doubt we'll be back when you can't trust the service department to do a good job! First poor service we've had at Seguin, but that's all it takes to ruin a reputation! More

This was my first less than stellar visit to this dealer. There was a question about warranty work and Chuck was impolite and bordered on rude.
