I brought our vehicle in at 7:30am for an appointment to have our DVD player system looked at, already knowing it was broken and would be covered under warranty, and it took multiple follow up calls to see have our DVD player system looked at, already knowing it was broken and would be covered under warranty, and it took multiple follow up calls to see if they were going to look at it that day. They wanted to keep it over night because they still hadn’t gotten to it by 3:30pm. No reason to leave a vehicle in the shop all day for an accessory item. The part ended up being on back order, which was fine because, again, it is an accessory and the vehicle still worked so I didn’t mind waiting. Waited 2 months for it to come in and took it back again , early in the morning. I knew it took 5 minutes to swap out the old DVD player and put in a new one because I had done it myself before. Took them 8 hours again to even get to it just to realize they ordered the wrong part. They wanted to keep it over night again, despite me mentioning that we absolutely needed the vehicle back by end of day because it is the only other car we own. I just think they take advantage of your flexibility by taking their sweet time to even do a simple job that could be done in 10 total minutes. Basically, scheduling a time To bring your vehicle in means nothing because they will still get to it when they “have time”. They were nice enough but don’t really listen to the customer. More
