Starting off, Gracie was the original service provider, and she did the most horrific job ever. She never communicated with me about the status of the vehicle until I threatened to speak to a manager. She and she did the most horrific job ever. Since July this issue was happening. Went back in in November for an oil change and she said that the issue would finally be taken care of. Never heard from her again. It was until I started posting on their Facebook page everyday that they sucked that my comments kept deleted, and their GM stated he would call. Three weeks went by, never heard from him. It was then when Abel, one of the service managers reached out twice. And got the truck fixed on four hours !!!!! Something that Gracie worked on for months and never got it fixed. I must also say that the service technicians are a joke there. They misdiagnosed the vehicle causing TWO claims to be filed on my extended warranty ,when this could've been resolved in ONE claim. Everyone is speak i tell them to stay away for there ! RUNNNNNN!!!! More

Wasn't very happy with the service I always had to had to check on my vehicle or a sales person had to find for me and I wasn't provided with a loaner while my vehicle in the shop for a week. Service Dept. Slammed me with an 8 page quote totaling $7,700 with 3 of the techs recommendations duplicated. Had to go to another mechanic who found it was the oil pan gasket. More

It seems like there to busy to acknowledge you when you walk up to the service desk . There or very busy looking at there computers and typing. The only reason I go there is because it’s free oil change for as long o own that vehicle. It saves me over 200 hundred a yr.
