I made appt at 10am oil change I sat there for 3hrs that has been my longest wait ever for just a oil change & w/appt I drive all the way from San Antonio Tx which takes like 52 minutes from where I live I has been my longest wait ever for just a oil change & w/appt I drive all the way from San Antonio Tx which takes like 52 minutes from where I live I asked Denise Why so long he said we have just 1 Tech 😲 need to tell your customers that then another lady & gentleman went to also ask what's the problem after we all sat down he says to his coworker they are starting to get Restless , Like Really! Not good for your Customers to hear that. 🤨 More

Finance department added extender warranty to my purchase after I repeatedly expressed that I was not interested in the product they offered. Was told that I could cancel it after I left. Told them that was after I repeatedly expressed that I was not interested in the product they offered. Was told that I could cancel it after I left. Told them that was unacceptable, but because I already had a bank draft they said they would mail me a refund. Been over a month and no refund, the last person said the owner had to sign off or mail the check. So apparently they are keeping my money. The warranty they offered was garbage. More
