Seguin Chevrolet - Service Center

TERRIBLE service department. I drove an hour to Seguin to service my 1 year old new truck which I purchase from them. The engine light is on and I was getting a "Service Parkin I drove an hour to Seguin to service my 1 year old new truck which I purchase from them. The engine light is on and I was getting a "Service Parking Brake" and "Service ESC" error on my screen. The truck was sputtering and misfiring every day. After several hours of being at the service department, they said that they just needed to update the system in my truck and everything should be fixed. WRONG. The very next day, all the errors, the sputtering/misfiring is back. I finally took it to another Chevy dealer and immediately they figured out it was the lifters in my engines that needed to be replaced. Had I known Seguin Chevrolet's service department were this uncaring and unknowledgeable about their own vehicles, I would've NEVER purchased my vehicle from them. All they care about is selling selling selling and not care about taking care of their own customers. Also, a lady from the department approached me and began speaking to me in Spanish...and continued to speak to me in Spanish without asking me if I even spoke the language. I didn't appreciate her stereotyping due to my skin and hair color. I'm not of Hispanic origin and the fact that she stereotyped myself due to my color was very unprofessional. More

Be cautious about their pricing. they were trying to over charge me over $600 for my service. Also they found a splash guard missing on my right front wheel well and didn’t even quote they were trying to over charge me over $600 for my service. Patient was the only good thing about the service. Tyson was the only good thing about the service. The mechanic route that the oil leak was shorting out the starter. I do not even have droplets of oil on my pavement underneath my truck. I asked him pacifically just to fix with the one problem and every time I go to you you say something else Hass to be repaired. He told me my tires need to be replaced I just bought them last year. I do not need a refill on the oil panI looked on GM Christ line and the starter is about $200 I believe y’all charge me 500. I will tell everyone I know about this experience and I hope you never go to your shop again More
