I bought a 2023 Kia shortage. Was charged an extra $3000 for added equipment that was not included with the car. Completely missing.This included weather tech matts and wheel locks. Called multiple times in order to get the equipment I paid for. Played phone tag with them for MONTHS. They would never reach out to me with any updates I always had to call. The last time I called, they basically told me the parts department was unaware of my missing equipment and to call back the next week for updates. At that point it was clear to me they had no care to take initiative to make this right, so it wasn’t even worth it to me to keep trying. When I was at the dealership looking at the car we brought to their attention that there was a lot of oil under the car and we wanted them to double check that everything was okay. The next day as I was driving my new car, the low oil light came on. Thankfully my boyfriend was with me so we pulled over. The bolt for the oil pan was completely loose. All the oil had leaked out. If I had kept driving, my engine would have blown. I contacted the dealership and they made me feel like it was an inconvenience to them. Still have not received the refund for the new oil I had to buy for my brand new car. Definitely don’t recommend seguin chevrolet. More

Service was okay, last yr I payed for a tire rotation and the technician did not perform the service I did not realize it was not done until my tire one of my tire was low on air. That is when I notice sever the technician did not perform the service I did not realize it was not done until my tire one of my tire was low on air. That is when I notice several later. Plus I am not happy to bring my vehicle to get it serviced because I was told we had to leave our vehicle at the dealer until they had time to trouble shoot the problem and this could take a week plus. U did not buy a vehicle to stand at the dealer convenience to decide when to work on my vehicle . And I am left without a vehicle vehicle for weeks. I understand a day or two but a week to figure out what’s wrong and then bring it back to install parts wait maybe another week with no car that is not convince for me or owner of the vehicle. I was talking g to other customers they were not happy. I fill the dealer really care less for there customers convenience I know I will not buy a car from them if I can not get good service from dealer. Lucky I have a life time oil change. But the technician does not do an evaluation on service the car may need. On the next visit. To me waiting for week to trouble shoot for one week plus is not convinced for me or the other customers that I was talking to. Chevy dealer or slacking off on service side. It’s a sad deal for the customer part. And you wonder why you can’t sell cars or trucks . This is my thought I am sure it will not mean nothing to the dealer and upper management which care less about how customers talk about the dealer as we wait for service. More
One of the worst experiences I have had at a dealership. Called multiple times to find out what the status of my repair was. Even spoke with service department manager with a promise of a return call that I never received. Vehicle was repaired after four days. A couple of days after I got the vehicle home I noticed a scuff on the bumper. After reviewing my security camera the scuff was not there before going to dealership but was there when I returned home. More
