Service dept changed oil only 2017 Silverado. I asked for a photo of rear main seal and oil pan area because of prior issues and he assured me a video of it would be available. Well it would not I asked for a photo of rear main seal and oil pan area because of prior issues and he assured me a video of it would be available. Well it would not open so I didn’t get one. My wife looking to buy a vehicle was assured a link on her computer for viewing never got one and picture given of vehicles ready for test driving. We got there and Carlos never had one that was ready to test drive so visit waisted. Hmmmm maybe one day….. you’ll be ready to sell a car More
