Why make an appointment if when you arrive you have at least a two hour wait at the end of the line? Answer, because it is a free oil change included with the purchase of the truck and the dealership does least a two hour wait at the end of the line? They figure you will just leave or not come back the next time. They aren’t in it for the long haul, only the immediate rewards. More

Great experience! I went in expecting to work with an old friend but he has been promoted and he set me up with Priscilla Recio. It was great working with her. She worked with us nonstop till almost 11pm to get me and my daughter into a couple of used cars! Payments are where we needed them to be and Ryan in finance helped out getting them lower than we expected. Still working on one more but I am confident she will make it happen for me! More
