I asked about routine maintenance when I set the appointment. They said they could not tell me until they do the oil change and inspection. Never spoke with the service advisor I had an appointment with but the other advisors were very helpful. Unfortunately just an oil change took over an hour and a half even when it was scheduled and I arrived with but the other advisors were very helpful.
