Had an appointment at 9am- arrived early only 1 vehicle next to me. Then several cars started to arrive at around 9:30. Then my vehicle was moved out and those other cars that arrive were being topped of w next to me. Then several cars started to arrive at around 9:30. Then my vehicle was moved out and those other cars that arrive were being topped of with washer fluid. All these cars that arrived after 9:30 were being serviced and leaving then finally my vehicle goes in to shop at around 10:10am and were done by 10:35am- then i recieved an invoice showing all point inspections they conduct. There is no way that your tech conducted all those inspections and changed oil in 20-25 min. So if you an appt. @ 9:00 that means my vehicle should be going to be serviced within that first hr. Personally this is poor customer service on behalf of your service advisor cause they tend to forget that customers are waiting. No follow up and poor commication. This is everytime i go in for oil changes. So if it takes 2 hrs for an oil change what makes you think that you will sell me an add-on service and sit there longer. Need better training for service management. More
