I loved working with everyone at Seelye Kia. Tayvian Jones was quick in responses over email and text since I was contacting him from Independence, Kentucky which is two states away. Noah Jackson worked late into the evening after the dealership was closed to get me set up online for the loan pre-approval process. Noah arranged to meet us Saturday morning when we arrived after our 5 hour journey. He had the Carnival prepped and we took it on a quick test drive. (We had already taken a test drive locally, but couldn't find the exact model in our local area.) Then, Noah put us in touch with Finance Manager, Matt Henegar. Matt walked me through all of my options and thoroughly went over the paperwork. While I was finishing the paperwork, Noah was with my wife, Dinah, to get her set up on Kia Connect. After completing the paperwork, Noah did an overview of the settings on the Carnival and helped me pair my phone to the Android Auto. He even gave us a great restaurant recommendation so that we could have dinner with our friends from Zeeland who met us at the dealership. The following week, Noah was quick to respond to a couple of questions that I had about the Carnival. Also, Matt called my local Kenton County Sheriff's Department when I was having an issue with getting an inspection done on the vehicle. Matt was able to navigate how the whole process worked and convey to me how to navigate through it. More
