Was told a ridiculous price to replace an engine coil, decided to not have the work done there. Asked for a breakdown of parts and labor, never given. When I decided to have the part installed elsewhere, Anastasia was extremely rude and told me the part couldn’t be “unordered” an hour after it was “ordered”. Then got charged the $147 diagnostic fee as a punishment for not getting the work done there. No need to over charge, when i arrived i told them exactly what the engine code was, as Autozone is nice enough to read the code for free. Got an email saying the dealership has made this right with me and that is not the case! Have not received any contact in two weeks since posting this. More
