She even went above and beyond and checked under the seats for an object for me because I couldn't reach! She took the time to break down all the costs for me and explain the additional maintenance my car was going to need in the future. I was amazed at her customer service and will definitely make sure to request her for all my future service appointments! She is astounding! More
