It makes no sense to me to schedule an appointment when they service your car in between other vehicles. You might as well not schedule an appointment and take your chances and sit there all day and wait they service your car in between other vehicles. Talk to weeks to complete warranty work. car sat for 4 days before they even looked at it after telling me they had the parts. Told me they could only work on it between jobs.
