We called for an estimate / quote regarding work that needed to be done. My bill was twice the amount I expected to pay. Quote was $192.76 + tax for bearing. Belt was $131 + tax. Oil change $74.50 + tax. needed to be done. My bill was twice the amount I expected to pay. Quote was $192.76 + tax for bearing. Belt was $131 + tax. Oil change $74.50 + tax. Final bill was over $1,000. Expected to pay maybe $600. More

I wasn't informed of the progress or any recommended repairs. I found out about recommended repairs when I picked up the car. 10 min before closing I was told to pick up the car. No one told me I had to repairs. I found out about recommended repairs when I picked up the car. 10 min before closing I was told to pick up the car. No one told me I had to pick up the car before 5 and you weren't open on Saturdays and Sundays. So I didn't have the car all weekend. More

I stopped in since I needed a jump in the am. Kyle was great! I was able to get New battery installed & during the safety check they noticed a front alignment was needed. they took car of that to Kyle was great!
