I bought my 2024 Crosstrek Sport in Aug 2023. I love the car. there was a hiccup with the registration. The finance team caught issue and fixed it. I stopped in the next day and was told it would be taken care of. A couple of days later, they picked up my car from work, and inspected the damage and told me they had to order parts. I did not hear anything from them until Oct. I was told they were still waiting on a part. I have not heard anything since. I have bought some accessories from the parts dept. the parts arrived and I was notified in a timely manner. I have not used their service dept. More
