She worked with me on getting me what I needed and steered me away from what I didn't, my credit is less than perfect with having recently gone throw financial problems (divorce) and she made the deal happen where others probably wouldn't have been able to! The best and easiest experience in buying a car! I met Emily one day while I was strolling through the used car lot. She showed me a few more, and then we discussed some of the things I was looking I met Emily one day while I was strolling through the used car lot. Last Sat afternoon, she sent an email about a low mileage 2010 Outback. I went down, test drove the car and 30 mins later I filled out the paperwork to buy it! I picked the car up today, and could not be happier. Emily was perfectly delightful to work with in buying a car. She has excellent customer services skills, she is very knowledgable about Subaru cars, and the added bonus was having a female salesperson to work with which is just a nice thing. More
