Forthcoming without being pushy, I would say Emily is your ideal salesperson. She also proved exceptional in terms of making sure I got the financing I needed and jumping through all the hoops the state of MA requires in order to get my car registered. Excellent Experience!! I was looking for my first new car and I had heard great things about Secor Subaru, so that is where I decided to go. My parents came along with me t I was looking for my first new car and I had heard great things about Secor Subaru, so that is where I decided to go. My parents came along with me to help me with the car buying process since this was my first new car. The environment there was very relaxed and everyone was very friendly. I worked with Russ Jolly and he was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with all the questions I asked, as well as the questions my parents asked. He was able to help me find the perfect car for me and got me a great deal on it. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle several times before buying it. He wasn't pushy at all and understood it was a big decision to make. Russ made the process easy and less stressful than I imagined it would be. He even checked in with me the day after I drove it home to see how things were going with my new car and made sure I didn't have any more questions. I drove from 1 hr away to purchase my car at Secor and it was definitely worth the drive! I have been driving my car for 2 weeks now and I love it soooo much!! Great service I had my Forester in for an oil change and tire rotation be for a trip to Pa. The service dept. checked the car over and found that I had a cracked st I had my Forester in for an oil change and tire rotation be for a trip to Pa.
