Every one is welcomed with personal attention and honest professionalism by the office, sales and service team. I bought my wonderful Outback a year ago after decades later of four models from another famous American brand, who couldn't offer my new vehicle objectives. Evert Dahlquist recommended exciting and cost effective features to match my personal driving needs. He and the SECOR team were extra generous in their package while patiently waiting to place my order until my existing car lease expired. Evert extends his personal touch to assure every deal exceeds customer expections. The rest of the SECOR team efficiently processed all paperwork for him and service has been extremely attentive to any particular issues. Amazing Salesman!!! Worked hard to meet our needs. First off let me begin by saying I HATE going to dealerships. I do not enjoy dealing with sales people trying to pressure me into buying a car and not showing concern about anything besides the money they can make off of you. I have also recently experienced a dealership have some of the most unknowledgable and unprofessional people in their line of work. This was not the case with our purchase at Secor Subaru. Peter Harsh was our Salesman. He was friendly, patient, LISTENED WELL, and cared about our needs. During our test drive my wife drove while myself and Peter spoke about the features of the car. He answered all of my questions with expert knowledge. We sat down with Peter after the test drive and spoke about the cost of the vehicle. I told him the monthly payments I am willing to pay and he, along with his sales and management team, made it happen. We even ran into issues involving missing paperwork that I was not aware of for the state of CT from previous vehicles. He notified me immediately so that I was able to clear up all issues and purchase the vehicle without further hassle. After coming to this dealership, I will not go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle during the remainder of my time in CT. I love my new Forester. More
