Paul also is a very likeable individual. I felt very comfortable conversing with Paul, we both like old cars! He assured us that we only had to call if anything ever comes up. The financing package was excellent and Riley Silvia knows her business. She was extremely helpful with selecting extended coverage and finish protection. Again she was instantly likeable and friendly. I would recommend visiting this dealership if you are interested in a new or quality used car. Secor Subaru prides itself on complete customer satisfaction . The salesroom was clean and bright and inviting. If a Subaru new or used is in your mind you owe it to yourself to visit this excellent dealership. You will not be disappointed... They won't hear of it! More

Very Discouraged I wrote my review back on 3/11 to the dealership......Please go through their emails......I was very disappointed. I should have been told the degree I wrote my review back on 3/11 to the dealership......Please go through their emails......I was very disappointed. I should have been told the degree of needed repairs ($4100.) before having to pay the $500 for the service charge!!!! Head gasket issue at only 89,000 miles....this should have been a recall not a customer issue. Needless to say, cannot even think of buying another Subaru. Sandra Ververis More

We have appreciated the no- pressure sales experience, the ease of purchasing, the genuine interest staff take in making sure you are satisfied with your car selection. And the service department has been terrific throughout the years. Our sales associate, Carlos Pineda, is a gem! He is extremely knowledgeable about Subarus in general, but also about every car in his inventory. Explain what your're looking for and he'll find a car you'll love. He goes above and beyond, even after the sale, to make sure you are happy with your vehicle. I referred an elderly friend to him several years ago, and the extra care he took in arranging for her car purchase and the special attention he gave her in the years to follow when she needed service was extraordinary. Thinking about a Subaru? Look no further than Secor and ask for Carlos! More

Yet another story of a great buying experience! My 2017 Outback is the 3rd Subaru I’ve bought from Secor since 2009. In over 50 years of buying cars, I’ve never bought from the same dealer 3 times, My 2017 Outback is the 3rd Subaru I’ve bought from Secor since 2009. In over 50 years of buying cars, I’ve never bought from the same dealer 3 times, and I have 4 Subaru dealers within 20 miles of my home to choose from. I keep going back to Secor because they offer great cars at great prices, they are eager to find you the right car if it’s not on their lot, and they don’t play games during the buying process. Emily Mara was my salesperson for my 2016 Crosstrek and 2017 Outback. She embodies all the good things I could say about Secor. I’ve always felt respected as a person first and foremost, I’ve never felt pressured to do anything, and our dealings have been courteous, friendly and professional. Emily has always acted as a very well informed advisor and has never made me feel like she was “selling”. It’s easy for me to say positive positive things about Secor, not because Secor people boast about them. It’s because I discovered them myself in my initial dealings with Secor in 2009 and I’ve seen them reinforced in all my dealings since then. They’ve never told me that their prices are the best anywhere. I’ve used TrueCar, and Consumer Reports, KBB and Edmunds to determine that. It seems to me that Secor’s business philosophy is simple: offer great products at fair and reasonable prices; treat people with respect and honesty; don’t tell people how good you are, just keep doing the right thing over and over and let them discover how good you are for themselves. In my experiences those words were true descriptors of Emily's focus and professionalism and not simply a come on euphemism I've too frequently encountered elsewhere. Her service has continued past the sale right up to the present. She continues to assist as advisor and advocate for all of my needs. I can't imagine ever buying a car from anyone else. Plus. The car makes me happy every day. I truly do love my Subaru. Secor as a dealership has been the ideal complement to Emily's service. Every department, finance, general management, parts and service and the body shop have continued all of the service I and my car have needed. I have always felt seem, respected and cared for.
